Superstar's close friend in 'Pa.Paandi' remake

Dhanush's debut directorial venture 'Pa Paandi' released on April 14 has been getting phenomenal acclaim from all corners and the film is expected to turn out to be a big hit.

Now the latest buzz is about the possible Telugu remake of the film.

It is said that Dhanush's father-in-law and Superstar Rajinikanth wanted his good friend and veteran Tollywood actor Mohan Babu to watch the film and act in the Telugu remake of the film replacing Rajkiran for the lead role.

A little birdie from Kollywood says that Mohanbabu has watched 'Pa.Paandi' and expressed interest to star in its remake. It is also said that Dhanush's good friend and director Subramaniam Siva is the chosen one to direct the Telugu remake.

We will have to wait for some more time to know whether the project will happen with Mohababu.
