Tamanna as the latter in 'Varudu'

The highly anticipated movie of 2009, 'Varudu' is under brisk progress as the film is slated for a release in the upcoming year.

The Prince of Tollywood Mahesh Babu dons the lead role in this film, directed by Trivikram Srinivas. The movie is produced by Singanamala Ramesh on 'Kanaka Ratna Movies' banner.

The female lead is enacted by Parvathi Melton, while Tamanna of 'Happy Days' fame is made as the choice to play the second heroine in the film. In the first place, the official launch for the project was planned on 10th of September.

Now, it has been postponed to the last week of September. The movie has evoked high level of interest even before its launch.
