Tamanna lodges complaint against MP Sivaprasad

Recently, Chittoor MP N Sivaprasad, while protesting in the Parliament, portrayed himself as a transgender by wearing a sari.  This curious protest has evoked criticism from LGBT rights activists. A group has already lodged a complaint with the Nandyal police station in Kurnool district recently.

Latest, Transgender activist Tamanna Simhadri has filed a police complaint against the MP, saying that he has disrespected the Hijras.

The Bharata Jathiya Samatha Hijra Hakkula Ikya Porata Samithi and others have been offended by the MP's insensitive protest.
