Tamannaah has bought her dream house in the suburbs of Mumbai and it has literally cost her a fortune. The star actress had to pay a staggering Rs 16.60 Cr for the 2055 square feet apartment named Bayview. It is reported that the 14th-floor apartment is registered under the name of Tamannaah Bhatia and her mother Ranjani Bhatia and the seller's name is Sameer Bhojwani, a well-known realtor.

It is said that Tamannaah has shelled out double the price for the apartment because it offers the view of the sea from all the four sides. She has been allotted two car parking spaces in the 22 storeys building gated community. The 'Baahubali' star also paid stamp duty alone amounting to Rs 99.60 lakh and her bank account will be lesser by Rs 2 Cr, for she is going to spend a bomb on interior decorations!

On the work front, Tamannaah's recent Hindi release 'Khamoshi', costarring Prabhu Deva, has turned out to be a resounding flop. She is playing pivotal roles in Chiranjeevi's 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy', an untitled Sundar C film costarring Vishal in Tamil, and the Tamil remake of the Telugu super hit 'Anando Brahma'.
