KE Gnanavelraja of Studio Green has made certain interesting comments on Monday.  At a time when Kollywood recently won a victory vis-a-vis Digital Service Providers, the top producer has remarked that Telugu film industry is a better place!

"Even those Telugu heroes whose films make a business of Rs. 100 Cr charge only Rs. 15 Cr as remuneration.  But in Kollywood, such a hero charges Rs. 50 Cr or so," he says.  (What?  In Tollywood?) 

He also adds that Tollywood pays writers in crores, whereas the same culture is not there in Tamil cinema.  (Note: This assertion is at variance with what is believed to be the case in here in TFI).

Finally, the producer says that he will do films only in Telugu if Kollywood doesn't mend its ways!
