Tamanna debuted in Telugu screens with the film 'Sri' starring Manoj as hero. Though the film did not reap the expected results the actress had been roped in as heroine for Shekhar Kammula's 'Happy Days' which worked at the box office and brought her the necessary recognition.

Post 'Happy Days' she worked for 'Kalidasu' and 'Ninna Nedu Repu' and in the pipeline is her latest 'Konchem Ishtam Konchem Kashtam'. Apart from these she has also played heroine in the Tamil films 'Padikadavan' alongside Dhanush, and 'Ayyan' starring Suriya.

This charming lady from Mumbai is now learning Telugu and Tamil and is planning a long career in the South Indian film industry.

This petite damsel is reportedly speaking in Telugu with every one. Way to go Tamanna….

Balakrishna to film action scenes in Hyderabad

The yet-to-be-titled film starring Balakrishna and Priyamani as the lead pair has moved to Hyderabad canning action sequences in the city. The film introduces Mahadev (an earlier associate of Rajamouli) as director.
