Tarak to play a powerful cop

Taraka Ratna, now rechristened NTR, will play a powerful cop's role in Ponuganti Rajareddy's debut film. Produced by PLK Reddy, the untitled flick would go on the floors from the first week of September. To be shot in two schedules, the film would be released by the end of November.

NTR is playing a cop for the first time. This is a family entertainer in students backdrop, the director says.

A popular heroine will play an item song. Kolanu Nagarjuna Reddy and Ramakrishna are getting introduced with this movie.
