Tax issues for Nayanthara and Jayaram?

There is a buzz that actors Nayanthara and Jayaram are having trouble with the tax authorities. It is reported that the actors have rest houses in the Ootty-Lovedale road and that they have not been paying property taxes for the apartments.
It is heard that the authorities will initiate proceedings against them and take over the property. According to the authorities, the actors have not heeded to the repeated reminders issued by them and hence action is being taken against them.
