Tax raids on Ghibran: Timing raises eyebrows

Popular music director Ghibran's house was on Thursday raided by the Tax department and reports suggest that the officials were particularly grilling him about his recent TDS accounts.
Eyebrows have been raised at the timing of the raid on this close creative partner of Kamal Haasan. The legendary actor had launched his political party Makkal Needhi Maiam only a day before. The sources also add that this is the third raid on Ghibran's premises and the last time the authorities had checked GST accounts.
Ghibran has worked on Raj Kamal Films International continuously in films like 'Uttama Villain', 'Vishwaroopam2' and 'Sabash Naidu'.
