Seems like the 20-year-old, New Zealand-born singer has a lot of things to say after her previous statements about Taylor created nothing but bad blood between her and Taylor`s fandom.

The Royals singer seems to change her opinions and statements about Taylor Swift after receiving a lot of backlash from her previous statements.

She said on July 7th, 2017 on Twitter the following.

I love her very much,” she tweeted on July 7. “In the interview, I had just been talking about David Bowie and Patti Smith — those were the idols I was referring to that I`m not friends with, not Taylor!”

But, let`s go back into time and see what she said about Taylor way before this statement.

Lorde says “She`s so flawless and so unattainable, and I don`t think it`s breeding anything good in young girls [who might think] I`m never going to be like Taylor, why can`t I be as pretty as Lorde?` That`s f–king bulls–t.”

Well, in the above statement, she didn`t “actually” shade Taylor, but her fans took it to another level and blamed Lorde.

Lorde recently was quoted saying about Taylor as she compared the friendship with Taylor feels like being friends with “specific allergies”.

Lorde said “It`s like having a friend with very specific allergies. There are certain places you can`t go together. Certain things you can`t do.” she says to The Guardian. “There are these different sets of considerations within the friendship.”

Now she says THIS…I`m just going to leave it here.

Sounds like Lorde herself was quite skeptical about her statements\friendship with Taylor but now she said she really “loves her”.

Fans just don`t know what to say with this back and forth ever changing statement, however, some fans took notice of Lorde`s real intentions and supported her movie, with coming out honestly.
