Teaser Review: Radha
In 'Radha', where Sharwanand plays a cool cop who could well be a cross between Pawan Kalyan's 'Gabbar Singh' and Venkatesh's 'Babu Bangaram', the atmospherics are boisterous.
Debutante director Chandra Mohan seems to have ensured that Sharwa breaks into irreverence and cool action without coming off as an outright copycat. Talking to the baddies with a smile on his face is his second nature. Wearing orange glasses, the cop goofs it up with the gun, although he brandishes the lathi, a long one at that, in style. And where there is 'Radha', there has to be Krishna. Our hero becomes one, complete with dishing out the meaning of a sloka from the 'Gita'.
Produced by BVSN Prasad, the March end release has Lavanya Tripathi playing the female lead.
Just two words for the Ugadi release: Shatamanam Bhavati...
