Telangana: Cinema halls to open from March 22?

It has been reported that all theatres in Telangana will remain closed till March 31. Turns out that the news could be false. It seems cinema halls (as also bars, pubs, parks, museums, among others) will be shut only up to March 21. A government notification says that only educational institutions and unreserved marriage halls, among others, are closed till the 31st.
In view of the notification, AMB Cinemas, the upscale multiplex in Gacchibowli, today said that the multiplex will be closed till 21 March 2020 due to concerns surrounding the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Does this mean that Ugadi releases won't be affected unless the government extends the date of closure of theatres?
