Telugu guy studied only till 10th Class, but invents a device

Sai Teja, a 22-year-old man from Hyderabad, is in the news for a noteworthy reason. He has invented an alcohol-detecting device that can ensure user's safety.
I have studied only till 10th class. I have invented a device for vehicles which can avert road accidents by detecting the driver's alcohol consumption level and constrain the vehicle's engine accordingly. The device also sends SMS to the configured mobile numbers, Sai Teja says.
The creative guy has always shown interest in Electronics since childhood. I have learned to code by looking up material on the Internet. This device was made in a fortnight's time. It costs Rs 2,500 per device, Teja says.
