In a statement on Thursday, the Telugu Film Producers Council said that it is authorized to register film stories and titles under its aegis. So far, it has logged 30 film stories and 13 titles.

In the statement, the TFPC said that it's also authorized to give publicity clearances. It revealed that 'Aakasavani Chennai Kendram' and Ram Gopal Varma-directed film 'Bhoot Sakar' (Hindi) have been given clearance.

The TFPC iterated that it's authorized to register stories, titles and publicity clearance for movies in all languages.

Individuals who are members of the Telugu Film Producers Council, Telangana Film Producers Council and affiliated bodies are eligible to avail the above benefits.

Telugu film trailers in the electronic media can be featured at concessional rates by members. Besides, there are benefits such as Mediclaim Insurance facility, pensions, and financial assistance to eligible members.
