Thala Ajith had started the year with a bang with the blockbuster movie Viswasam directed by Siva, and had recently wrapped his 59th movie Ner Konda Paarvai directed by H Vinoth and produced by Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor in his Bayview LLP.

It was earlier announced that Ajith might work in another movie with H Vinoth and that this might be the director's original script. The latest buzz in the industry is that Ajith has given his nod to work with H Vinoth for Thala 60 and again produced by Boney Kapoor himself.

This movie is touted to be a big budget action packed entertainer which is targeting Summer 2020 release and the music for this flick will be scored by Ghibran. Ghibran had earlier composed music for Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru directed by Vinoth and had met Ajith during the shoot of Ner Konda paarvai. Meanwhile, Ner Konda Paarvai, also starring Shraddha Srinath and Vidya Balan is gearing up for an August 10 release.
