Thala Ajith is one megastar in Indian cinema who never ceases to amaze be it his acting or action scenes on screen or his clean personal life or his dedication to following his other passions in life. It is a known fact that he regularly devotes time for cooking, bike and car racing, and aeromodelling.

Recently Ajith mentored the Daksha team from IIT to develop UAV drones (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) that won awards at international competitions for carrying medicines to remote places. The same team has successfully employed the aircraft to sanitize coronavirus infected zones without risking manpower in Tamil Nadu and Bengaluru all thanks to Ajith's brain behind the projects.

Now a new video has gone viral in which Ajith is seen skillfully operating an aircraft achieving a perfect takeoff and steady flying at high altitude. However a technical snag caused problems for the landing but the Thala once again put his expertise to good use to maneuver an awesome landing. The team just could not but applaud when the model plane came to a halt right at the feet of Thala.

On the movie front Ajith has completed fifty percent of the shooting of his upcoming pan Indian biggie 'Valimai' directed by H. Vinod and produced by Boney Kapoor. The film with music by Yuvan Shankar Raja has Huma Qureshi, Yogi Babu, Pearle Manney and Karthikeya in the cast. The rest of the shooting will resume when the coronavirus pandemic comes to an end.
