Superstar Rajnikanth who had recently completed shooting for his next release, AR Murugadoss directed Darbar, is getting ready to start shooting for his next movie which will be directed by Siva. This movie, currently called as Thalaivar 168 will be produced by Sun Pictures.

While there are numerous rumours making rounds about this movie, last week it was said that comedian Soori will join the cast, and now the latest speculation making rounds is that comedian Vivek will also be a part of this movie. Vivek had last acted with Rajnikanth in Sivaji.

On the other hand, it has been said that Jyothika might play the female lead and Keerthy Suresh will be seen as Rajnikanth's sister in this movie, and an official announcement of the cast is expected soon. Meanwhile, Superstar Rajnikanth's next movie Darbar is getting ready for Pongal 2020 release.
