Vijay's 'Thalapathy 67' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is inarguably the most trending movie in pan Indian cinema even before it was officially announced. This week the makers are bombarding fans with all the official updates which is continuing today as well.

Yes, the 'Thalapathy 67' special today is making it official that Trisha Krishnan is reuniting with Vijay after fourteen years. She is in a retro look in the welcome poster with the words "Grateful to be part of this iconic project featuring all my favorite people and an immensely talented team. Exciting times ahead."

Though it was well known who the lead heroine of 'Thalapathy 67' the announcement has come with a special collage video featuring some of the most adorable moments between Vijay and Trisha from their previous films.

'Thalapathy 67' is produced by Seven Screen Studios with Anirudh scoring the music and Manoj Paramahamsa and Philomin Raj handling the cinematography and editing respectively. The ensemble cast announced officially so far are Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Mansoor Ali Khan, Priya Anand, Mysskin, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Sandy and Mathew Thomas. Even more exciting updates have been hinted at for today, tomorrow and the 3rd of February.
