Thalapathy Vijay's much-awaited film 'Master' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and costarring Vijay Sethupathi and Malavika Mohanan was slated for release on April 9th but the coronavirus pandemic has forced an indefinite postponement.  There is huge speculations going on regarding his next 'Thalapathy 65' which is most likely to be directed by A.R. Murugadoss for Sun Pictures.

Meanwhile, a rumor started doing the rounds that Thalapathy Vijay is acting in a cameo role in S.S. Rajamouli's magnum opus 'RRR' aka 'Ratham Ranam Rowthiram' starring Jr. NTR, Ram Charan Teja, Ajay Devgan, and Alia Bhatt.  When we got in touch with sources close to the team we were informed that no such talks have taken place and it is mere rumors.
