Thalapathy Vijay played duel roles in his most recent film 'Bigil' released on Diwali last year which tasted huge success at the box office. Vijay's portrayal of the father Rayappan and the son Micheal aka Bigil was widely appreciated by fans as well as critics.

Ten months after the release of 'Bigil' it has now been revealed that young actor Sriram stood as the body double for Vijay in the role of Michael in the scenes that Vijay played Rayappan.
