Thalapathy Vijay brought to Chennai enquiry to continue at his house

The Income-tax department has conducted raids at the premises of film financier Anbuchezhian and producers AGS Entertainment.  It is said that a special team rushed to Neyveli where Thalapathy Vijay was shooting along with Vijay Sethupathi for their upcoming movie 'Master' at the coal mines.  Sources informed that cross-verification was done regarding Vijay's remuneration for his recent movie 'Bigil' which was informed by Anbu and AGS.

News has now emerged that the IT officials after questioning Vijay for almost five hours at Neyveli have decided to bring him to Chennai.  According to sources more enquiries will be done at Vijay's residences and his properties and already officers are at his Saligramam and Neelangarai houses.  Supporters of the megastar have taken to social media to claim that political vendetta is behind the raids.  In recent films, Vijay has openly criticized the ruling state and central governments.as pointed out by social media users.
