It is common knowledge that Thalapathy Vijay is celebrated more than the Malayalam heroes in Kerala. He is often referred to as the 'Adopted Son of Kerala' because of the millions of followers in the neighbouring state. Indiaglitz broke to you first that the actor is returning to Kerala after 14 years for his film shoot.

We reported that the climax sequences of his biggie, 'The Greatest Of All Time', will be shot in a stadium in Trivandrum, Kerala. The fans at the airport got a glimpse of him around 5 PM as the actor landed.

Vijay's arrival at God's Own Country after 14 years got an unimaginable welcome, given his unparalleled fan base there. He was spotted in a grey shirt paired with blue denim and black shoes. Pictures and videos from his Kerala entry are ruling the social media now. The 'Leo' actor is off to the hotel now. The new schedule of 'GOAT' filming commences tomorrow.

Venkat Prabhu is directing this upcoming sci-fi adventure film under AGS Entertainment. It features Vijay, Prabhu Deva, Prashanth, Sneha, Laila, Mohan, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Ajmal, Yogi Babu and others. Trisha is said to have done a cameo role. The technical team comprises Yuvan Shankar Raja as the composer, Siddhartha Nuni as the DOP and Venkat Raajen as the editor.
