Thalapathy Vijay to have yet another festive release?

After the success of his most expected movie Master directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj which hit the screens for Pongal this month Vijay is all set to join hands with director Nelson Dhilipkumar of Kolamavu Kokila fame.

While Nelson has completed pre-production works of this movie, the latest buzz making the rounds is that this movie Thalapathy 65 produced by Sun pictures is targeting a Pongal 2021 release.

It has been said that after Sun Pictures, who are also producing Rajinikanth-starrer Annaatthe announced Diwali as the release date for the movie, Thalapathy 65 has opted for Pongal 2022 release. Meanwhile, reportedly Pooja Hegda, Arun Vijay and Poovaiyar are expected to join Thalapathy 65.
