The 'Master' audio launch as expected has raised the expectations for the film sky high and the much-awaited speech by Thalapathy Vijay turned out to the highlight of the show although he steered clear of controversies.  The one moment that bore great significance when Vijay made a rare reference to his long time friend and professional rival Thala Ajith.

Vijay during his speech at the 'Master' audio launch stated that he wore the black coat to try to dress like his friend Ajith for this event which was once again received with humongous applause not only from the crowd but also the celebrities.  While the fans are warring on the internet space Vijay once again showcased that he and Ajith always share a close bonding in spite of their professional rivalry.
