Thalapathy Vijay's wife pays homage to Karunanidhi

After the demise of Kalaignar Karunanidhi, many big names from the film fraternity visited and paid their last respects. Earlier this morning Kamal, Rajinikanth, Suriya visited and paid their homage to the late DMK supremo.

As Thalapathy Vijay is in America filming for ‘Sarkar’ he wasn’t able to pay his final respects to Karuanidhi directly. But it should be noted that the ‘Sarkar’ filming was paused in light of Karunanidhi’s demise.

However, Vijay’s wife Sangeetha paid her last respects to Kalaignar’s mortal remains earlier this day at Rajaji Hall. It is expected that Vijay, upon returning to Chennai, will pay his homage to Karunanidhi.
