Well known director and father of Thalapathy Vijay SA Chandrasekhar had stated in a recent public event that contributions in the Tirupati temple are akin to bribe for the God. The comment became controversial with many strongly condemning it.

As an investigation on the case is going on, SA Chandrasekhar has sought an anticipatory bail from the court. And pertaining to this, the Chennai High Court’s first bench has granted the SA Chandrasekhar a bail.
