Director Krishna Vamsi may have done several family entertainers, but it's only 'Chanda Lekha' that saw his wife Ramya Krishan in a role. Even this one exception was made before their marriage happened.
Wouldn't it be great if they he casts her in a good role in one of his movies?: "I can't direct her. I can't see her as my artiste. She is my wife. That's why she will never do my movie."
As for her much-acclaimed Sivagami act, as a director himself, KV gives the credit to writer Vijayanedra Prasad and SS Rajamouli. "Ramya Krishna is a terrific actor. 'Ammoru' and 'Narasimha' proved it beyond doubt," he said.
Vamsi has been living in Chennai ever since his marriage to the actress.
