Last year had indeed been a year of small films in tollywood. Some very small independent films had seen success and ruled the box-office for weeks together beating the big production houses in the race.THE END was one such small film that was made independently by an entirely new cast and crew, majority techies. It had released in theatres last december and had run successfully all over making it the last hit of 2014.

Now, this psychological suspense-cum-thriller hit has infact caught the attention of production houses from the neighbouring states. Sources say the remake rights of the film have been already sold for Tamil and Kannada for an attractive price. And for hindi and malayalam rights, some of the leading productions houses are already in talks with the makers. A small independent telugu film being sought after by so many other film industries is certainly a moment of pride & positive sign for the telugu film industry.
