Heard of heroines who agree to dance for one song in a film, but a cinematographer who films just one song in a film, that too, an item number?

Cameraman Rathnavelu, who is currently working on Rajini’s ‘Endhiran’, is doing just that. In a short break shooting from ‘Endhiran’ now, the cameraman was approached by his good friend, director Kumaravel, to do a song for ‘Ninaithaale Inikkum’.

Cinematographer Balasubramaniyam, who was originally cranking the camera for Kumaravel’s ‘Ninaithaale Inikkum’, had to work on Dhanush’s ‘Kutty’. This was when a song had to be completed for Ninaithaale Inikkum’, and he was unavailable.

It was due to his unavailability that Kumaravel called Rahtnavelu, who willingly obliged. The song, Sexy Lady features Telugu actress Kausha.

‘Ninaithaale Inikkum’, a remake of the Malayalam hit ‘Classmates’, features Prithviraj, Priyamani, Shakthi and Karthik, and is slated for a May release.
