The much-awaited film of the year, ‘Kalank’ has an ensemble cast that includes Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha, Madhuri Dixit, Aditya Roy Kapur, Varun Dhawan, Sanjay Dutt and Kunal Kemmu in the lead roles and has been in the news ever since the announcement of the project. After releasing the teasers and the amazing three songs, the makers have now finally unveiled the trailer of the film at its launch.
In the video, one can see that Alia aka Roop can be seen becoming the second wife of Aditya (Dev) unwillingly and in the presence of Dev’s first wife Sonakshi (Satya). Then Roop falls in love with the kohl-eyed Varun aka Zafar. And finally, who is going to get Alia is the story. Watch the trailer here -
Helmed by Abhishek Varman, the story was conceived by Karan Johar’s father Yash Johar 15 years ago and was the last project he worked on. ‘Kalank’ is produced by Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala, Hiroo Yash Johar & Apoorva Mehta and is all set to hit the screens on April 17, this year.
