Theepetty Chandran is now Rikshakaaran

M. Padmakumar's new film with Mammootty as the hero was earlier titled as Theepetty Chandran which is the name of its lead character, who is an auto driver with an awful past.
The film which postponed the dates of its shooting, a couple of times, has been criticized much about the weary and least commercially viable title. So the crew behind the film has now decided to change the tile.
The film which will hit the floors by late November will now be titled after the great movie of M G R's Rikshakaaran. The movie which is scripted by T A Raasaq, is produced by Howly Pottur in the banner of Dream Team Productions.
