There won't be stars like Shahrukh and Salman anymore, says Jaideep Ahlawat

Brilliant actor Jaideep Ahlawat, who is best known for his amazing performance in the show 'Paatal Lok', was recently seen alongside Ayushmann Khurrana in the film 'An Action Hero'. While he has played several amazing roles in the past, Jaideep got his due recognition only after 'Paatal Lok' and now he is being offered several amazing scripts. The entertainment industry has changed in last few years and these days people focus more on the content than on stars.
In a recent media interaction, Jaideep shared that era of stardom is almost gone. The actor told ETimes, I guess things change every ten years. I think all kinds of films should be made. There was a time when a film ran for 25 weeks i.e. Silver Jubilee, it was considered successful. Today, if a film runs for a week, it is considered a success. How is life now?
He added, I am sure this is the last era of stardom. i don't think there could be another Shahrukh Khan or Salman Khan. Now you will be judged for everything you do. Now very few faces will be such that you will give advantage even after doing some bad films.
When asked whether he would ever want to do a masala movie, Jaideep replied, Hundred percent. Why not? I have some scripts where I have to sing and dance. I am also re-discovering myself. We can try everything at least once.
