Age is just a number. We hear this saying in English from many people but they don't really act on the words. The literal meaning of it is to stay blissful and happy even the things don't seem in your favour.
Yes, as age increases, problems also increase for people. Different people have different ways to cope with it and many want to stay young but they cannot. For some, it becomes easy.
See this young at heart lady who has no problem in enjoying the swings. She seems to have accepted everything that comes her way with glee and hence, life seems to be still a bliss for her.
Rather than dying like Bheeshma, who had to worry throughout his life as he always slept on an arrows' bed of handling different issues, even when he had people around him and all the money in the world, it seems better to lead a simple life like this 76 year old young lady, doesn't it?
