He's BACK! And, back with a BANG! Kamal Haasan starring in his next action thriller titled 'Thoongavanam' directed by his former assistant Rajesh M. Selva has shown us a stellar ride right from the first visuals in the trailer.

The trailer starts off introducing us Kamal Haasan as part of the Narcotics Control Bureau and Trisha meeting him for a case. The visuals then show us glimpses of Prakash Raj interacting with Kamal Haasan and Yugi Sethu describing himself. The trailer is designed in a sleek way that we get the right cut shots of Sampath, Kishore and Asha Sarath in the right amount.

The trailer in itself is a slick version of a class thriller fused with elements of action and high tension. We get to see Kamal flex his muscles in some rough action scenes; something we haven't seen our 'Ulaganayagan' do in a while. And, it is an absolute treat to watch. In addition, Trisha as his partner just peaks the interest as to how lengthy her role will be in the film. There's guns, there's car chases, there's running with Ghibran's pulsating background score - all elements indicative of a perfect action flick. The trailer definitely gives us enough footage to come to the conclusion that the film will be a cat-and-mouse chase to the end.

All the more, we can kind of form the story from the trailer that the film will be a father's battle to get back his son from anti-social elements. In short, the trailer leaves us HOOKED.

Kamal Haasan fans will be most pleased and will want November 6 to come soon!
