Kamal Haasan rushes to Thoothukudi - police take severe action against him

The Makkal Neethi Maiam leader, Kamal Haasan who rushed to Thoothukudi following the police firing that killed eleven people was booked by the cops for allegedly violating the curfew imposed under the section 144.
Kamal Haasan yesterday condemned the police for the firing and today in the early hours dashed to Thoothukudi stating that he is going there to share the grief of the people who showed him so much love last week when he had been there on his political tour.
