Those 8 minutes of 'Saaho' cost us Rs 70 Cr: Madhie

Cinematographer Madhie has revealed that an 8-minute action episode in 'Saaho' was made on a budget of Rs 70 Cr. It was shot in Abu Dhabi last year.
It seems this is going to be the biggest moment of the much-awaited flick. How much of this monstrous spending will be visible on the silver screen will have to be seen. If this one clicks, Prabhas, UV Creations and director Sujeeth can proudly claim that they have done something nobody in the history of Indian cinema have done before.
As is known, Prabhas' character is multi-layered in 'Saaho'. It's a complex character, so also Neil Nitin Mukesh's. Shraddha Kapoor plays a cop.
The lavish slick action-drama will be out on August 15 this year.
