Threat on my life, actor Chetan Kumar

A popular actor from ‘Aa Dinagalu’ time Chetan Kumar settled down in Karnataka after a long stay and studies in United States of America receives a threatening call on his life. He is an activist for the down trodden in the society. He has received protest recently from BJP members on his statement of State BJP President BS Yediyurappa and Sutthur Math Swamiji.
A fortnight later he complains to police commissioner T Sunilkumar that he is receiving threats in the social media via messages and on mobile phones. He urged for police to give protection. In the last five years he is working in different movements and raising his voice for the needy occasions.
Chetan Kumar received threats even earlier but he is very serious with the killings of MM Kalburgi and Gauri Lankesh. The police department has reacted positively says Chetan Kumar.
Chetan Kumar shot in to fame from ‘Aa Dinagalu’ was seen as hero in Birugaali, Suryakanthi, Dashamukha, Myna, Noorondu Nenapu and Athiratha in Kannada.
