Three persons arrested for protesting against Kamal

Actor Kamal Haasan's comments about the gambling episode of Mahabharatham in his recent interview to a popular Tamil news channel has irked some Hindu religious outfits.

As we had reported earlier today. Hindu Makkal Katchi and Akila Hindu Mahasabha have registered police complaint against Kamal for his comments on the great Indian Epic.

Now we learn that three individuals belonging to a religious outfit in Erode, tried to burn the effigy of Kamal Haasan for his comments in the interview. However a team of Police men intervened and prevented them from doing so and they have been arrested.
