TN cop shoots girlfriend on her birthday and kills himself

In a shocking news, a TN cop has killed his girlfriend before he took his own life with a service revolver that he had. Not to mention that he killed his girlfriend on her birthday. The incident happened on Wednesday in Vizhupuram district.
Reportedly, the cop had went to her house for birthday celebration along with friends. The duo had gotten into an argument after the party where the cop got angry and shot her and himself. The cop was a 24 year old K Karthikeyan who was serving in the TN police’s special battalion force.
The girlfriend was a third year medical student named Saraswathi. She was pursuing her studies in a private college in Chennai. It was her 19th birthday. The bodies have been sent for a post mortem and teh police have begun an investigation as well.
