The dream merchant of Kannada cinema V.Ravichandran and Namitha starring 'Neelakanta' produced by Bala Muthaiah and the highly expected film 'Kallarali Hoovagi' a historical film with love story are hitting the screen on 22 nd of this month.
This is a battle in the box office between video Ravichandran and audio Ravichandran- that is Madhu Bangarappa.
Ravichandran is in charge of 'Neelakanta' production and for the first time popular actress Namitha is playing lead role in Kannada. Ravichandran has completed this film without hype which he normally does for his films.
This multi crore historical film laced with love story 'Kallarali Hoovagi' the noted director T.S.Nagabharana film is produced by Madhu Bangarappa (son of former chief minister of Karnataka S.Bangarappa) of Akash Audio. Vijaya Raghavendra, Umashankari, Ambarish, Ananthnag, Bharathi Vishnuvardhana, Sumalatha Ambarish, Avinash and lot of artistes are in this film. The music has already become rage. Hamsalekha has scored the music.
'Kallarali Hoovagi' was screened at the 37th International Film Festival held at Goa.
