Tollywood actor joins Suriya's Soorarai Pottru!

Actor Suriya was last seen on screen in the political entertainer NGK directed by Selvaraghavan and co-starring Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh, and the movie is running in several screens, meeting mixed responses. Next, the actor is working on his 38th movie Soorarai Pottru.

Soorarai Pottru directed by Irudhi Suttru fame Sudha Kongara is said to be the biopic of Air Deccan founder GR Gopinath, and also stars Aparna Balamurali of Sarvam Thaala Mayam as the actor's pair, and the team has been shooting in different parts of Chennai.

Now it has been revealed that Tollywood actor Mohan Babu has been roped in to play a key role in Soorarai Pottru and that the actor begins shooting for his part today. GV Prakash scores music for Soorarai Pottru, which is produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainments.
