Al Capone was a notorious American gangster and businessman whose mere name would send shivers down the spine. He was also the boss of the Chicago outfit. And when director Josh Trank decided to make a biographical film, Tom Hardy was cast as the main lead depicting Capone.

The film has been titled as ‘Fonzo’. And the latest buzz is all about Tom Hardy’s amazing transformation for the role. Getting into the skin of a character is nothing new for Hardy, but the level of craft and dedication that he has taken for ‘Fonzo’ is literally flabbergasting.

We remember Tom Hardy from iconic roles of Bane in ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ and even in ‘Mad Max:Fury’. But here for ‘Fonzo’, his comes off a totally unrecognisable in a still released by the director. This has indeed elevated the anticipation among fans, looking forward to authenticity and a gripping drama.
