Director Rajamouli Praises Stunning Picture From Tourist Family Movie

Director S.S. Rajamouli has praised the film Tourist Family, starring Sasikumar and Simran. Taking to his official X (formerly Twitter) page, he wrote, “Watched a truly delightful film. It had humor that felt refreshing and light. From start to finish, it kept me engaged. Abishek Jeevanth’s writing and direction are exceptional. One of the best cinematic experiences I’ve had in recent years. Don’t miss it!”

Tourist Family is directed by Abishek Jeevanth and features Sasikumar, Simran, Yogi Babu, and Ramesh Thilak in leading roles. The movie was produced by Million Dollar Studios and distributed by Red Giant Movies. Music for the film was composed by Sean Roldan.

Released on May 1 alongside the movie Retro, Tourist Family had a modest opening at the box office. However, its collections have been increasing steadily since release. The film has now crossed ?50 crore in total box office earnings in Tamil Nadu.

In addition to its success in Tamil Nadu, the film has also been well-received in Kerala, Karnataka, the U.S., and the U.K. It is expected to release in Japan soon.
