Tovino and Mamta celebrate one year of Forensic

On February 28, Mollywood crime thriller Forensic completed one year of its theatrical release. Celebrating the special day, the movie's lead actors Tovino Thomas and Mamta Mohandas, cut the cake and were also seen twinning in denim jackets with the movie's title printed on them.
Mamta shared a few pics from the celebration on her Instagram page. Mamta also penned a heartfelt note thanking director Akhil and the cast and crew of the movie. “Celebrating 1 year of FORENSIC ..Thanks to my fantastic director Akhil, Tovi and rest of the crew and cast & to all of you who watched it and loved me in the role of Rithika Xavier IPS. ???? Sharing a very special moment here during which Akhil was very much missed. And thanks to @jishadshamsudeen for putting together the cake and the jackets for us.,” wrote Mamta.
Forensic directed by Akhil Paul and Anas Khan revolved around a serial killing case. Tovino appeared as Samuel John Kattookkaran, a forensic expert and Mamta as Rithika Xavier, an IPS official who tries to solve the case. The movie was a huge hit at the theatres. A Hindi remake of the movie is also on the cards.
