Tovino Thomas forays into Tollywood

With director Balaji Mohan's official announcement that Maari 2 will be made as a bilingual, which means it will be simultaneously shot in Tamil and Telugu, actor Tovino Thomas is all set to foray into Tollywood too! While the actor already has two other Tamil projects before the release of his Kollywood debut 'Abi & Anu', Tovino is gearing up to enthrall Telugu audiences too by playing the antagonist role in Maari 2. Sai Pallavi plays the female lead in the movie. Actors Robo Shankar and Vinod, who played Dhanush's sidekicks in the first part, will be part of Maari 2 as well. The shooting of Maari 2 will commence in October.
Tovino who is currently busy with the shoot of 'Maradonna' produced by Dhanush's Wunderbar Films is also gearing up for the release of his Malayalam-Tamil bi-lingual 'Abhiyum Anuvum'.
