Trailer Review: Darshakudu

Debutante Hari Prasad Jakka comes with no experience. Sukumar asked him to direct 'Darshakudu' and he did. Only to learn that direction is 20 per cent creativity and 80 per cent management. The 20-80 formula is straight out of the trailer.
What is a Sukumar film (whether directorial or production) without a strong female character? Eesha Rebba has got one. If the amount of screen time she has got in the trailer is anything to go by, there is not only a love story but also a heroine-driven one in store.
Debutante Ashok, complete with a director's bearded get-up, allegedly has got intensity in his eyes. The trailer doesn't throw up any, though. Let's wait for the film. Poojitha is playing a key role, so also Noel Sean.
The film is slated for a grand August 4th release.
