Trailer Review: ‘Jamba Lakidi Pamba’

Allegedly based on the fictional concept of body swapping, ‘Jamba Lakidi Pamba’ stars Srinivas Reddy as a male lead with a feminine self-image.  And its heroine, Siddhi Idnani, is the polar opposite.  They are a married couple.  

If the Trailer serves any purpose, it’s to convince the audience to be ready to watch Srinivas Reddy as a ‘theda’ guy.  Make your heart strong.  

Vennela Kishore and Posani Krishna Murali are either clueless or exaggerated or both while watching the husband-wife duo go haywire.  

Director JB Murali Krishna has relief on Srinivas Reddy’s comic timing.  He makes him do even feminine dances.  How far he will convince in such a quirky role as a full-fledged hero, needs to be seen.

Music is by Gopi Sundar. Produced by Ravi, Jojo Jose and N Srinivasa Reddy, the film will hit the screens on June 22.
