Trailer Review: 'VIP-2'

The trailer of 'VIP-2' has got all the usual suspects. Raghuvaran is back as that much-taunted "waste fellow" whose wife and father belittle him in turns. He is convinced that he is fit for nothing.

Cut to some cute day in future, he is VIP, metaphorically or otherwise.

Brace up for distinct humour that only Kollywood movies are known to throw up. A male lead who is both crest-fallen and eminently self-deprecating, a male lead whose ego can be ruffled by that Nilambari-type woman (one can't wait to watch the very talented Kajol) at her own risk, and more.

Kajol will surely give Dhanush a run for his money.

A corporate battle that has at its centre an underdog, 'VIP-2' seems to tell a story that is a curious mix of realistic characters and cinematic moments.
