Trisha speaks about competition with Nayanthara

Bold beauties Trisha and Nayanthara entered the Tamil film industry around the same time and both of them are still at the top as much sought after heroines in Kollywood.The two talented actresses have always been pitted as competitors despite their real life friendship.

At a time when Nayanthara has acted in a heroine centric horror flick titled Maya' which is ready for release soon Trisha has started acting in a horror flick Nayaki' which was formally launched today with a auspicious pooja.

When a press person asked whether taking up Nayaki' was her response to her competitor's Maya', Trisha said "Both the films fall under different genres and there is no competition at all. Many horror films are coming nowadays. I don't mind about others are doing it or not. I liked this one and that's why I took it up."

Trisha also revealed that Nayaki' will be a Retro horror comedy film' set in 1980s and she would come in the costumes of that era like the ones she wears in the first look posters through the film. She also said that the film has oodles of comedy apart from blood and revenge segments.
