Trisha to sign new project

No, not on the filmy front, but Trisha will soon sign an agreement with a popular jewellery brand to endorse its products. And some other advertisement projects are also in the line for the actress, confirms her mother Uma Krishnan.

Reacting to Anushka replacing Trisha in the television commercial of a toothpaste brand, Uma says, We have been promoting for three years and we still maintain a cordial relationship with the company. Life is all about moving on and Trisha is currently redefining her branding profile.

Uma also says her daughter is on the verge of signing a few film projects and announcements will be made soon. She is at present shooting for NTR Junior's Telugu film Dammu and Vishal starrer Tamil movie Samaran.

Recently, Trisha made it clear that she would accept projects which would provide her a good opportunity to perform. She also denied reports appeared in a section of the media that she would enter wedlock soon.

Dammu audio on Mar 29, release on April 27

The audio release date of Junior NTR's Dammu has been pushed to March 29. However, the venue for release may not see any change – it is Shilpa Kala Vedika in Hyderabad. The film has music by MM Keeravani. Directed by Boyapathi Sreenu, the film is touted to be an action-filled drama. The movie will release on April 27.

I didn't act in Vaadu-Veedu for awards: Vishal

Vishal surprised everyone with his squint-eye act in Vaadu-Veedu. Did he expect a National Award for the role? Scribes asked him this question in Hyderabad. "I did not do that role expecting any award. I did it for the sake of Bala (director). Although it was not my intention, many did expect that I will win the Award", Vishal quipped.
